Refunds: Cancellations notified before June 27, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
Cancellations notified before August 10, 25% of the fee will be refunded.
Cancellations after this date cannot be refunded.

There will be simultaneous translation in the scientific activities. The earphones should be taken leaving an ID document.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
The organization committee will grant certificates for attendance of the Meeting.

An exhibition will be held at the Convention Center adjoining the area where the
scientifc sessions are held

As inscrições poderão ser feitas preferencialmente on-line, pelo correio ou na Secretaria do evento até o dia 10 de setembro de 2008. A partir desta data, as inscrições só serão feitas no local do congresso, a partir das 07:00 horas do dia 18 de setembro.
Reembolso:
de 50% até a data de 27 de julho de 2008
de 25% até a data de 10 de setembro de 2008
Não haverá reembolso para o cancelamento da inscrição após essa data.
O reembolso será efetuado após o término do evento.
